What is a 'Pinnow'?

The word 'Minnow' is used to commonly refer to multiple different types of very small freshwater fish!

So like the Minnow, Pinnows are used to represent small 'pin' versions of different types of fish!

About Us

Welcome to PinnowPins, where art and appreciation for the beauty of fish come together in unique and heartfelt creations! I'm Anna, the artist and fisherwoman behind this small but vibrant business.

Art has always been my way of expressing creativity and bringing joy to others. There's nothing more rewarding than seeing someone smile because of something I've created.

As a catch and release only fisherwoman, I wanted to find a way to preserve the memory of my incredible catches without harming the fish. That's when the idea of fish-themed pins struck me – a way to 'keep my catches' without taking them from their natural habitat. Each pin lets me proudly display the remarkable fish I've caught, and I wanna 'Catch Them All'!

Everything at PinnowPins is 100% handmade, with love and care poured into every step. I draw, color, cut, shrink, seal, resin, and add the hardware to each pin and keychain. No two fish are exactly alike, making each creation unique and special.

My goal is simple – to provide a fun and meaningful way for fellow anglers to remember their catches. Though I want to reach a wide audience, I cherish being a one-member business. From creation to customer service, shipping, and selling, it's all done by me, ensuring a personal touch in every interaction.

My customers are my greatest inspiration, and their love for their pins keeps me motivated to create more designs. I'm honored to be a part of their fishing journeys.

I'm excited about the future of PinnowPins and hope to expand my offerings with more fish-themed creations. If there's a specific fish you'd love to see in the store, feel free to let me know!

Thank you for being a part of this journey with me. I look forward to sharing the joy of fish-themed art with fellow fish enthusiasts like you. Your appreciation means the world to me, and I'm grateful for every order that allows me to continue doing what I love.

Tight lines and happy fishing,
Anna
